i let my nephews watch ancient aliens & it makes my sister-in-law livid.

i remind her that i tell them that when they grow older, they can choose to find the answers themselves or decide on which theories of how the pyramids were created makes more sense to them.

these are things that don't affect our current lives. i am teaching them to be open to other creative ideas from others and even to their own.

i agree. i don't know how to explain those who experience the hardships firsthand & continue to repeat the cycle wondering what went wrong. they usually go on to blame the system.

i do not have it in me to align with that culture. in some situations, it's the parents encouraging their children to make a living that way. maybe wishing they had something like it during their time.

gm! i don't see them. omg i did something right? XD

i am not sorry for the fact that you were never taught, nor did you take the initiative to learn, how to prepare effectively. as a result, you now tend to react & overreact to even the slightest shifts in circumstance.

your propensity to panic renders you susceptible to the fear of change, as you are swayed by the most vociferous claims that everything is destined to fall apart.

you allow yourself to be influenced by these voices that repeatedly undermine your confidence, & perhaps they are correct.

us navy. they have always wanted to become soldiers. they were likely influenced by our grandfather's stories when he fought in a war.

i've had & it's mucho good.

i have two enlisted brothers in the navy. one in the west coast & the other in the east.

the east coast older brother is traveling to the west coast for training & this is my chance to see them both without having to make two trips.

i've been cleared hot for tacos & ceviche on the north island this weekend as long as i bring bison meat.

he doesn't happen to be on here, is he?

that's so awesome. what language?
