I've barely even noticed it's happenning except the coronation chicken sandwich has been given its own section in the Tesco meal deal (real). My kids have just starting watching the Harry Potter films. I check the cast list to see if Vic Reeves was in it but apparently he's not so I guess I'll be spending the rest of the evening standing in the middle of the kitchen eating banana chips and staring into the middle distance.
Node are a synth supergroup whose first album supposedly featured the largest collection of synthesizers ever assembled for a single project. I can't say that it sounded any more spectacular than their Berlin School forbears but it was certainly worthy of the lineage. Anyway, here is some cool live footage of them playing in 2015.

I actually have mixed feelings about this. As an anarcho-monarchist (after Tolkein), I love the monarchy as an institution but there's no getting around the fact that the current crop of German perverts running the show are unworthy of it.
It's by Lawrence Alma-Tadema. He was a master at drawing the viewer into the scene.
ARC were really good too. They only ever played live but they put out some great live releases.
