I feel like I'm a top 10% to 25% of people but there's things I definitely need to improve on as well.
I feel like I'm pretty adaptable, and learn well but there's some stuff I struggle with too.
It was an interesting experiment, and I think it will make exploring the nostr ecosystem more fun, and intuitive.
Like a little shop in a videogame but instead it's for real life.
Current online store models aren't as intuitive since the checkout process requires multiple clicks, loading screens, information typing, etc.
I think your model has an interesting prospect to it, and I'd love to explore it more as it continues to grow.
If I was more financially secure, and had access to worthwhile people to conversate with IRL maybe but in my current situation, no.
Unfortunately phones are both the cage, and a tool of escape.
It's weird honestly.
Is There a Nostr Tool that shows you a table of contents, glossary, or index of every word you've ever posted in a note, and how many times it's been said across the notes, as well as showing the notes the word was featured in.
Would be an interesting thing to see if that existed.

another trend: ditching mobile phones.
digital minimalism.

i watched this video of a guy who ditched his cell phone for a month. entertaining. enlightening. motivating. life moves on. just slower.

i'm thinking of doing a 30 day no mobile phone and no social media (even nostr) challenge. just cut it out completely. see where it goes.
i think richard stallman would be proud.
My phone was broken for a month, and I didn't know what time, or day it was.
I felt disoriented in a way but not much changed since I rarely get notifications that I care about anyways.
In a way it's better but it's also worse.
Things are harder if it requires a phone, banking, communication, etc.
A lot of the modern world relies on cars, phones, and fiat scores (credit scores) unfortunately.
I would say do it but make sure you have backup tools like a watch, or something to replace, notepad, book, iPad, etc.
Since the mind will still need that stimulus, there's information that you'll still need to know, etc.

This is what I'm lighting up, got that good high quality stuff.
Mr. Rockstar, I respect you as a developer, I think you are very talented, and make a good software, however I humbly disagree with you on this.
The barrier of entry for privacy are completely different, yes you can use Bitcoin "privately" but the setup to do so usually requires a notable amount of resources, and knowledge to do so, and you have to do it perfectly without flaw everytime.
I agree that there are many great tools which enhance user privacy but using each successfully in conjunction is difficult.
I think for the vast majority of common people without technical knowledge, and wealth, Monero would be a better alternative as it offers good, if not better privacy for a fraction of the cost when compared to Bitcoin privacy.

Running out of things to think, and talk about.
I blame smartphones πβοΈ.
It's a shame the handheld era has more or less phased out π.
Wish they would bring them back.
For too long I've been putting money into multiple things at once while not focusing on one thing.
It'd be good to split it that way if I had crazy assets but $10 to each thing makes it hard to build real value.
$10 to BTC, $10 to Z-cash, $10 to worthy bonds, $10 to Gold, $10 to fiat savings, etc. I feel like it would be more cost effective to focus on building a net baseline then once I hit a certain threshold like $1,000+ in each then pivot to splitting between each.
DM me a good email, SimpleX, or other method to send the address over to, please.
Thank you.

I don't need to orangepill anyone else because I've already tried to do so for years, if people are eager to learn there's no helping them.

I say you're the Monero Maxi here since you're in most of the Monero vs BTC debate threads, and made the monero following list.
Maybe there's are other who would fit the title more appropriately but as far as I'm aware you're the closest to that description.

From this screenshot I can tell 3 things.
1. You live on the West Coast.

3. You're living comfortably if you can afford $100 worth of Bitcoin.

I'm saving, and investing more than that overall of course, stocks, savings, etc., etc., it just depends on the money flow.
I save it up whenever I can but $10/week is consistent enough, when I have more I save more, when I have less, $10 is the amount I can afford.

The desire for short term gains is always strong but long term building is what grows your wealth overall.
