Still remember in my teens playing #Starcraft when the power suddenly cut as I was about to save my game lol. Still had fun doing other things, including a night walk in the neighbourhood without power & seeing the stars so clearly because there's no light pollution.

Ya that's concerning, yes, there are surplus schools due to demographic shifts, I've seen one converted to housing land in Scarborough. However it's a slippery slope if charter schools become entrenched.

Pretty much starve the system quietly & then let it crumble. Then point to the electorate that "we can't keep doing the same thing, it's insanity" and then immediately move to privatize it. That's been their playbook for years. It's all about enriching themselves & their friends under the guise of "balancing the budget".

Doug Ford promised during the last election that he will not touch the #Greenbelt when it last caused an uproar. Now under the guise of the housing crisis is doing exactly what he promised to developers, by opening it up.
He will stop at nothing until his Developer friends get what they want. Instead of building up, he's building out, on to land they own, increasing the value of up to $8.6 billion by removing protection on those lands.

I mean, #CoDMW3 is gonna be a cash cow & not everyone can afford upgrading their hardware but is more than willing to splash for the next CoD to get their fix.
Makes sense to have it run on all capable platforms. If the #NintendoSwitch wasn't so underpowered, they probably would have put it on #Nintendo hardware too considering that 10 year agreement #Microsoft signed.
