I was wrong about the pepper I thought was a Pineapple Aji. I guess I have an Aji Limon plant as well!!

This is most definitely the Pineapple Aji❗ Look at the color of it. Taste test later, it more than likely won't pair well with my morning coffee!! ☕🌶️🔥

I made some calls, and set up my next appointments in my foot journey. It's long past time to get this back on track.

Blood test this Thursday, initial orthopedic appointment on the 29th.

The only really bad part is our neighborhood here in the Palace complex, which is cobbled. Cobblestones are one of the absolute worst kinds of pavement for me to walk across: even with ortho boots my ankles threaten to twist at every step.

This may effect my rehab tremendously.

Anyway, first steps taken.

I know what you mean about cobblestones. I have a fused right ankle. Walking on rough surfaces like that throws extra strain onto my knees/hips/lower back as well as makes me unstable as I don't know which way my body is going to 'lurch' to compensate for the next step. In my case I found that it was the side to side variation in terrain that caused undue stress rather than the front to back.
