I am a believer in climate change. It’s not a made up “narrative”. I want our governments to work for us and not let corporations get away with ruining our planet. However, corporations and the super wealthy have too much influence over the political process, so we end up with ineffective policies that do not hold the true bad actors accountable.

I try ask myself, “what can I do to fix this?” If the solution is completely out of my control or I am not willing to put in the work to change the situation, then I let my concerns go. I find worrying to be such a waste of time and energy. I’m trying to learn how to put my energy into actions rather than ruminating.
