The friction you are experiencing is caused by the assertion that any of it makes sense, or is supposed to make sense.
The climate narrative is there to
a) Expand markets
b) Reduce local government to the role of 'policy enforcer'
c) Manufacture consent for central mamanagement of every human process on earth.
Spot on.
I am a believer in climate change. It’s not a made up “narrative”. I want our governments to work for us and not let corporations get away with ruining our planet. However, corporations and the super wealthy have too much influence over the political process, so we end up with ineffective policies that do not hold the true bad actors accountable.
