I'm already about 10 hours intomy current fast, I may as well extend it. Are you going to lower you physical activity as you get deeper into the 72 hour fast?

I wish I would have seen this sooner I would have attempted the 72 hours with you. I fast daily 16-20 hrs. The benefits of a 72 hr fast are quite remarkable
