I forgot, that was where we were a week ago 😅

Sure, my feedback so far is:

1. If you can, be upfront about delivery options per product so I don't need to add to cart and register in order to find out.

2. Consider a no registration flow, Bitcoiners don't like to see their data such as email, address, name, order history, stored on someone else's servers when they don't need to be. In fact if things like address could be e2e encrypted with the merchant, that would be awesome. Not exactly a standard feature but very common on decentralised and privacy preserving platforms.

Also, different people have different visions of what decentralisation provides. What does it mean to you?

Ah, now that we have you here, allow us to inspect your anus or we will lock you out of your online access.

Of course, purely optional. 🤗

😡

Some updates can't update because they came from another source

I prefer the look of the Ten31 hat, but I would prefer a Bitcoin hat (but think that one is not so great).

That's super cool though. 🔥🔥🔥

I have been working just on my extended family for about a year and I have set up my first family bitcoin meetup.

I invited my 14yo cousin who's dad is actually into bitcoin. Her first response was exactly that: "I don't know if I am old enough to learn that" and she looked at her dad who said "of course."

I also replied: "are you too young to learn maths?!" 😅

I am using the meetup to explain private keys and help everyone set up a password manager where the master password will be a BIP32 seed phrase so they can practice looking after a private key.

Did the guy even care about what 21k was worth? Sounds like a bitcoiner to me if not.

You never cared about the paper, you paid what you wanted for paper that you were never going to cash in, you paid to celebrate someone's enthusiasm and friendliness. You didn't get scammed. Even if they were worth €1.00.

Bitcoin is building an ant hill right now. That's nice.

Random brain fart: it is good that there are physical restraints limiting how much reach someone can have in meatspace. It gives space for respect and consent.

Maybe we should have a way to impose proof of work onto any comms to us. Updates to a software we use? Don't bother me right now, come to me after proving how important it is for me by doing the work.

Is it bad to make companies work to reach us? Would it make them put more effort into spam and less into real signal?

Maybe I should stop thinking for a while.

We're all the life of the party. It's them losers that don't get it that don't know how to have fun. Breaking people out of the matrix is a thankless job.
