Hi! I'm new to this platform. I'm a passionate Cook and coach who works with deeply nourishing animal based foods and all things natural. I'm on a mission to find the best way out of the old system so I can help with the creation of a new, better and more inclusive world. Although some traditional aspects like family, steak, monogamy, 2 genders only, handmade, artisan & local things are very important to me. Hoping to give you a little insight to my little world by being simply me - honest, raw & authentic. I have a big love for nature, naturopathy, natural immunity, animals, regenerative agriculture and helping people to feel the best they can 💜👩‍🍳 BTC is giving me hope to achieve my dreams after all one day as so far the 'normal' path has been tricky and challenging which is clearly a sign to open up for better things

Pre breakfast beef bone broth shots were gratefully received, and some came even back for seconds 🥰

Just bones, water & salt turned into a powerful, healing, and deeply nourishing drink to start the first proper full day of this week's yoga and self-care retreat.

The ladies enjoyed it in the spacious dining area with Seaview until everyone arrived for breakfast.

Sooo happy to share also some of my knowledge about naturopathy and all things natural...

Beauty and the beef is cooking for a yoga retreat in #arrifana #Portugal this week!

The exciting part? Look on the top shelf...

There will be bone broth on the menu and some other animal based foods...

This is exciting as yoga retreats don't have to be vegan

Beauty and the Beef animal based smoothie 🤩

*dehydrated nêsperas powder

*2 madeira bananas

*1 mango 🥭

*2 whole oranges without the peel

*1 can of organic coconut milk (only the thick creamy top part - no clear water from the bottom)

*1 heaped teaspoon Queen Bee raw honey

Aaaaaaand

*quite a few big heaped tablespoons of my chilled 2 days slow cooked beef bone broth and some of the beef fat, which is usually layered on top of the jar

The flavours are gentle but super delicious 🥰
