Gotcha. That’s what I do. I had reflux a few years ago and found if I cut carbs my reflux went away. Kiddos tummy improved by cutting out seed oil. Now we use bacon grease for everything. Eating for your body make a big difference. Always looking for something new and healthy. Thanks
