Took kids to the park after rain. It was really wet, huge puddles. No one sane there. Youngest runs into the puddle, shoes soaked, takes them off. Older takes off shoes for fun. I fall on my ass trying to kick a ball ⚽️ we spend the rest of the time running and sliding on the dirty grass. That’s it. That was the day.

I'm officially 20lbs down (9kg for the godless metric users). Mostly carnivore. More walking. Some other body weight exercises. Not as fast as some loose weight, but, it's seems really hard for me to do that usually, so being this close to a fairly arbitrary but big marker is a good thing that makes me... Well, not happy or satisfied, but, mildly pleased with progress let's say.

I can't say the 21km run was fun. My right hip started hurting 5kms in. My brain kept telling me to quit multiple times after the first 10kms.

I'm happy I pushed through and got it done. I'm enjoying a nice big glass of water now, waiting for my pizza to be ready.
