It has that look of Dylan for sure, or maybe Lou Reed. But, as far as I know it is nobody famous. I may be wrong though.

Richard Art Hambleton (June 23, 1952 – October 29, 2017) was a Canadian artist known for his work as a pioneering street artist, emerging from the New York City art scene during the booming art market of the early 1980s.
At the time, Hambleton's fame and fortune actually preceded that of his peers Keith Haring and Jean-Michel Basquiat.
Although known mainly for his early-mid 1980's series of "shadow men" painted quickly in strategic locations around New York City, Hambleton later did a brilliant series of "Marlboro Man" canvases, as well as a series of abstract ocean waves, in which he used his own blood!

Ladies and gentlemen, this is “Okujepisa Omukazendu”, a peculiar tradition of the Himba tribe in Namimbia!
This practice literally means that a wife is given to a guest (typically a family member or friend, and never a stranger) to spend the night while the husband sleeps in another room. The woman has little or no opinion in the decision making. Submission to her husband’s demands come first.
Furthermore, polygamy is widely practiced among the Himba, and the woman
could have sexual relations with whoever she wants, as long as she asks her husband for "permission".

The Via Appia is one of the earliest and most strategically important roads of ancient Rome. The construction of Via Appia was begun in 312 BC by Appius Claudius, a Roman censor.
The Appian Way connected Rome to Capua. At first it only extended 132 miles (about 212 km) south-southeast from Rome to ancient Capua in Campania. However, by 244 BC it had been extended another 230 miles (about 370 km) to reach the port of Brundisium (Brindisi), known as the "heel of Italy", across the Adriatic Sea.
The Romans considered it the "queen of roads" (regina viarum). Given the era in which it was built, it is regarded as one of the greatest feats of civil engineering in the ancient world due to the enormous economic, military, and cultural impact it had on Roman society.

Who were the ancient Persians?
The Persians' empire was one of the largest in the ancient world.
The Persians, the ancient inhabitants of what is now Iran, created one of the ancient world's largest and most powerful empires that flourished from 550 B.C. to 330 B.C. At its height, the Persian Empire, also known as the Achaemenid Empire, stretched from the eastern Mediterranean Sea to the western border with India and included a diverse array of cultures and ethnic groups. It was finally conquered by Alexander the Great during his invasion of Asia in the fourth century B.C.

"The Achaemenid Empire was something drastically different from its predecessors," said Touraj Daryaee, the Maseeh chair in Persian Studies and Culture at the University of California, Irvine, and the editor of "Excavating an Empire: Achaemenid Persian in Longue Dureé" (Mazda Publishers, 2014). "It was the first world empire. It's an Afro-Eurasian empire because it included parts of Africa, Asia and Europe."
Who were they?

"It was the first world empire. It's an Afro-Eurasian empire because it included parts of Africa, Asia and Europe."

Who were the ancient Persians?
The ancient Persians were an Indo-Iranian people who migrated to the Iranian plateau during the end of the second millennium B.C., possibly from the Caucasus or Central Asia. Originally a pastoral people who roamed the steppes with their livestock, they were ethnically related to the Bactrians, Medes and Parthians. In the fifth century B.C. the Greek historian Herodotus described them as being divided into several different tribes, the most powerful of which was the Pasargadae, of whom the Achaemenid clan was a part.

"We first hear of the Persian people from Assyrian sources," an ancient ethnic group indigenous to the Middle East, Daryaee told Live Science.
The ninth-century B.C. Assyrian king, Shalmaneser III, recorded encountering a people who were settled in the area that is now southwestern Iran and went by the name Parsua. This reference, written in cuneiform, appears on his "Black Obelisk," which was found in 1846 and commemorates and records Shalmaneser III's deeds and military campaigns. Scholars suggest the limestone obelisk was probably engraved in 825 B.C., according to the British Museum. The translated reference to the Persians reads as follows:

"Moving on from the land Namri, I received tribute from twenty-seven kings of the land Parsua. Moving on from the land Parsua I went down to the lands Mēsu, Media (Amadāiia), Araziaš, (and) Harhār, (and) captured the cities Kuakinda, Hazzanabi, Esamul, (and) Kinablila, together with the cities in their environs."

The rediscovered tunnels beneath Puebla, Mexico, are an incredible historical find, dating back up to 500 years.
This 10-kilometer network, tall enough for horseback riders, was uncovered in 2015 after being considered a myth for centuries.
Stretching from Puebla’s historic center to Loreto castle, where the Cinco de Mayo battle took place, the tunnels may have served strategic roles during the Mexican War of Independence and the Puebla War against France.
Artifacts like toys, kitchen items, and weapons from the 1800s have been found preserved in the mud. Opened to the public in 2017, visitors can now explore part of this hidden network on guided tours that include a museum visit.
