Bitcoin doesn't transfer funds or money, it only transfers btc, a "collectable" under the law. Is a baseball card dealer a "money transmitter"? No. Not even if they sell online, the same is true of gold, art, etc. As baseball cards are KYC free it is discriminatory to infringe on btc this way.
Perhaps an enterprising bitcoiner will start a KYC free bitcoin for gold exchange (since all transactions under $10,000 are non-reportable) to highlight the discrimination.
The only way the govt can claim btc is transferring funds/money is if they reclassify btc as a currency. Note: I'm way too smart to be a lawyer so you may want to forward this to whatever legal team will be fighting this as they are likely to overlook it.
This should be a major buying opportunity on bitcoin folks, everything looks good, the monthly chart, the weekly chart and here is the daily; after hitting support at the 50dma bitcoin is ready to launch!

Good morning. My post with the link to the Morrowind full game (see OP) download didn't get any likes so I don't think anyone saw it. We can't have that. I'll be posting more stuff like this, I think everyone should have every NES, SNES, GBA and N64 game on their phone like I do. I use free Netflix like websites to watch all movies and tv shows and I guess I'll be showing you all how. IMO nostr should become the defacto home for grey area info like how to jailbreak an iPhone or mod a PlayStation, it will help to #grownostr.
I'm a lvl 50 pirate, I do it for the #plebs - I think some poor kid should have the same access to important works (movies, games, software are all art/culture/free speech). In other words if you can afford to support creators than do so but I'll be damned if some kid in the 3rd world can't watch "Star Wars" or play "Zelda" because they can't afford it. Free the internet, Free humanity!
Next up will be KOTOR - Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic - Maybe the best Star Wars game ever. A role playing game based on the Neverwinter Nights engine (Dungeons and Dragons 3rd edition ruleset). Follow me for more free content like this.

I'm playing Open Morrowind 0.47 - that is an updated freeware engine to play Morrowind (the precursor to Oblivion and Skyrim) with way more advanced pixel shader support to modernize the graphics, the game is like 20 years old but a true classic. It looks nice but I'm going to see if there is a high res texture pack or mod. It is playable on many OSs, even some phones I think. It's easy to find on goog... err any search engine. It requires the full game install...

Reading this will save you money by providing an alternate way to put live HDTV content on your TV for free! I get around 70 channels in Toronto (50 in the suburbs) with an antenna I made from 4 coathangers and a balun ($5 on amazon)! You can purchase a PROPER antenna for around $30 - $200 for ease/looks if you desire but the BEST UHF antenna (Hoverman or Grey-Hoverman) is open source so it isn't available in stores!
You can get free DD 5.1 HDTV with an antenna pretty much anywhere in the US and Canada (worldwide too but I am ; this is uncompressed digital, better quality than cable or whatever HDTV. It is digital; there is no "noise" like in the analog days. Each 720p, 1080p or 4k channel can have numerous uncompressed 480p sub-channels - these are pretty close in quality to 720p on cable TV if their source is good (most of the time, few channels show 80s/90s reruns that haven't been upconverted - these are ok, not great quality); these have stereo audio, not 5.1 like the main channel. That means if your city "only" has 10 channels it may/likely have/has 40-50 actual channels.
You should find out what is available near you at rabbitears.info or tvfool.com - Toronto is ideal, most local stations broadcast from the CN Tower (you can even get them in a basement) and the majority of other channels are SW in Buffalo. So 1 antenna pointed (fixed) southwest is fine. In some areas there are 2 or more cities in different directions so you may want 2 antennas, a device that turns the antenna or just point between the 2 and maybe you get them all.
After that I recommend you build some cheap antennas since there are 3 antenna types with different purposes that may be best for you. Build a hoverman if you don't need VHF, it may pick up the VHF anyway. Build a simple bowtie to compare to the hoverman if you need VHF and the hoverman isn't getting it. See below for info on VHF vs UHF but UHF is usually the only thing to focus on.
Channels broadcast either VHF (being phased out) or UHF signals. The Hoverman is best for UHF and REALLY easy to build. A bowtie antenna is best for UHF and VHF - a bowtie is easy to build, a 2 bay bowtie is more complex but better and a 4 bay bowtie is best but more complicated to build. The third antenna type I will discuss is the yagi - it is the best at getting far away signals but is extremly complicated to build and is less broadband - it focuses on 1 channel (you can also make a wifi yagi to steal wifi from McDonalds or whatever... think about it, using a public IP from your computer desk - bask in the anonymity dear anon). If you live in the middle of nowhere 2 yagis pointed at different cities might be your best bet. I would recommend buying yagis instead of building if you can afford it, the design is quite complex and needs to be near perfect.
I'll leave it there for today, the above is what you should know about antennas before you put much effort/money in. I will post directions to build the Grey-Hoverman and mclapp's bowtie antennas below in case you want to start building. Those folks, Stampeder and Holl_Ands from the digitalhomecanada forum are the antenna gods, soon I will post some directions on how I built the Hoverman (not Grey-Hoverman, mine is a little bigger) and some 2-bay, 4bay bowties.

Here is a simple #bitcoin chart for your consideration, a study in the 50dma (blue) but I kept the 200dma on there too since it is similar but even "stronger" since it is more long term. My point is that ₿ might pull back to the 50dma and that would be a very bullish sign.

You know they won't care today but when they see that you were right about ₿ hitting $45k (ish) AND THEN PULLING BACK OR GOING SIDEWAYS they will be more inclined to listen so we can onboard them before $150k or more. I've been doing this for 20 years (I rode the '06 to '11 gold/silver bull market and sold the day of the top... onboarded everyone I could) so I know it works to get them in, greed is the second greatest driver after fear. The breakout may not happen until Sept but it will happen.

Damn... We are approaching 40% of ALL #BTC (even future) being held for the long term (or lost) and this is before the ETFs buy in. Ple₿s are underestimating the situation; once the ETFs are approved (and they will be) it will begin to open the path to ₿ being held on the balance sheets of mutual funds AND IRA accounts/pensions/annuities/etc - Those are the largest pools of money on the planet (other than real estate).
If only 10% of investors/money worldwide (10% of $900 trillion is $90 trillion) put just 5% into ₿ THATS $4.5 TRILLION OF NEW MONEY COMING INTO ₿. As the current market cap of ₿ isn't even $1 trillion it is easy to understand that will make price 5x (minimum) but the market volatility/hodler waves will be added ON to that.
Those who have truthfully understood the code know the first phase of ₿ was flooding the market - tonnes of coins, no demand. The second stage (now) is an equilibrium, the calm before the storm - supply and demand duke it out daily. The third phase is reciprocal to the first; the phase where we have tonnes of demand but no new coins and none for sale.
EVERYONE believes that ₿ is in a parabolic uptrend that is doomed to fail at some point. I only "believe" one thing. Math. In the third phase that parabolic trend will break... to the upside; a parabolic curve on a logarithmic chart, another first for ₿.
