This batch is 1lb aged white sharp cheddar and 4 oz of Habanero Cheddar

Bake on parchment paper for 7-7:30 minutes @ 400 degrees

Salt generously with sea salt while cooling

1/2 lb ground pork

1/2 lb ground beef

2 tbsp of sausage seasoning (salt, paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, sage, and thyme

14 eggs

1 1/2 cups of ricotta cheese

1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese

Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes

Headed back to the fiat mine tomorrow.
