The circumstances and kids are always different 🫂 with us it was always so that there was when the meal was completed and the kid said that he/she is full no real meal or sweets until the next meal. But I always put fresh fruit or cut vegetables (peppers, cucumbers or the like) on the table. There everyone could help himself at any time. Has worked quite well
