I am honestly disappointed with my bitaxe, I actually bought 3 of the supras when they came out. 2 of them started overheating within a week.. the settings were all correct and or adjusted. DCentral took them back for repair under warranty, “fixed them” and sent them back. This time they started overheating immediately and would not work at all. I ended up sending these 2 back for a full refund, they at least did that.. as they should have. The 3rd one ran for about 3 mths straight. Hitting good hash rate no issues at all, I’d update software or check regularly, but eventually this one started overheating as well after 3-4mths. All 3 units had the upgraded noctua cooling tower as well so this is why I am disappointed in the product. I got some kryonaut thermal paste to try and redo it as I’ve heard this usually fixes the issue but Imo you shouldn’t have to go through this with a product after 4mths, 2 of them not working at all basically. I think it’s a cool unit and want to have at least one running but the product isn’t great quality imo
