Good morning. Day 2 in Riga has begun.

Part of my prayer this morning: I am guided in perfect graceful flow every step along the way, feeling nourished, supported and fully resourced.

I drink my bone broth. Then sit, meditate, feeling quite tired still and super sleepy even after 16 hours of bedtime.

I wanna do yoga but there's no mat so I do this search.

I am gonna be super slow and definitely not gonna hustle myself to gotta be anywhere or gotta do anything.

It's about what my daily walk should be minimum. Was scrunched up on tiny seats on planes for 16 hrs and traveling for 21. And plan to sleep for 16 hrs. I have to love at some point. But we will see.
