Latest updates on bitvm: we're working on Bitcoin Chess!
Developer PenguinKing used python to write a bitvm program to check if a Knight's move is valid: https://github.com/mcbagz/LogicGates/blob/main/HorseMove.py
He exported it in a format that bitvm can understand: https://github.com/mcbagz/LogicGates/blob/main/HorseMove.txt
Now I'm testing it!
I wanna play.

"Good Morning!" said Bilbo, and he meant it. The sun was shining, and the grass was very green. But Gandalf looked at him from under long bushy eyebrows that stuck out further than the brim of his shady hat.
"What do you mean?" he said. "Do you wish me a good morning, or mean that it is a good morning whether I want it or not; or that you feel good this morning; or that it is a morning to be good on?"
"All of them at once," said Bilbo. "And a very fine morning for a pipe of tobacco out of doors, into the bargain."
The Hobbit
No, not really. We bought our dream home 10 years ago, but we're always looking.... too many mansions being built around us now, lol.
50 acres does sounds pretty nice, though.

definitely not buying, just made us recognize how lucky we got on our cabin 10 years ago. Prices seem double what I think this should be.
A campsite is $225,000 (25 acres)

so technically, math-wise, the cabin is free. lol
agreed, underneath looked fine, though open, thus would be COLD AF in winter...

This is probably right up your alley...
I asked about the water, and the response I got???
"The property owner said the well was already dug when they bought the property, so they are unsure if it was legally done.... But it's not like anybody's going to come up and check it out, or anything."
π
Honestly, that's the response I'd expect from an old realtor in a small Utah town...
But with power, free-water and several gates and no year-round access, could be a "farm" π
