This seems to be related to when i have tor / orbot mode connected on amethyst. Once i turn it off it works fine. But seems to sometimes work when on.
I was able to successfully process the payments at the end of my day with the 'approve all' button and never had issues. But my bigger problem was the fees were relatively higher than my own node and once i got to like 10k sats i was unable to get those sats out :(

Very good point. I think anyone holding bitcoin should be preparing for it to be illegal ( at least for some time ) in your country so prepare in how you stack, how you hold it to keep that corn secure til we come out the other end of the tunnel .
Id recommend buying an amount that you can feel confident you wont be forced to sell in the next 5+ years. Dont overextend yourself. If ur worried about cost basis im probably the wrong person to take advice from, i would just get my hands on the corn asap. 😅 being able to hold onto it through good times and bad is more important imo
