I’m still on the fence on this one. It happens absolutely everywhere. Putin has been in power for 25 years and could’ve banned it a long time ago in Russia.
If it’s real, then either there are forces behind it way stronger than Putin’s clan or he’s in on it. Both options are obviously bad.
