It is a general update for the entire system.
Use your updater app to get the update.
Also, the next Nix-Bitcoin release will contain the new BTCpayserver 1.13.5. Once the Nix-Bitcoin team releases the update, I will update Sovran_SystemsOS.

As, I connected my LND node to Alby Hub, but Alby Hub would not let me continue until I signed up with Alby. If this is so, I think you all need to let people run it without having to have an Alby account.
