I have never migrated regular nix-bitcoin over to Sovran_SystemsOS. I could be done, but I think it would be quite a task if you had databases from the original nix-bitcoin for example BTCPayserver.
Good question! Sovran_SystemsOS has nix-bitcoin built right into it. All up and running out of the box.
