I found this with a simple Google search. PWA = progressive web app. Runs an app on the phone through a browser. Many self custodial wallets like Mutiny wallet run their applications this way.
Nothing is stopping you from using web apps.

Listened to an Andreas talk last night where he advocated for many smaller channels over a few big ones.
It's only centralization in the sense that you are tied in with a few other nodes, and it's your decision to distribute the channels.
Some unanswered questions I need answered to get behind covenants.
1. Why can these not be done on a side chain? Explain the trade offs and provide everyone with the pros and cons.
2. Model out blockchain size growth. How will this impact Bitcoins ability for everyone to run a node? specifically under the constraints of band-width and blockchain storage.
