Beautifully expansive; and the veined columns of glass aspiring, in something akin to yearning in intimations toward the 'sky.' -- Nice photo and share. Cool light too.
Ha! - Its lends an appreciable authenticity and sense of spontaneity though. I dig it. I think the ... fact that they are almost inevitable will eventually allow folks to both consider their words and find something of a flow -- this is sometimes the use of devices like ellipses ...... ----- they allow for pauses and spatial sense of room, breath, expansion, space ...to consider and create. But yeah sometimes you're composing an all-time banger and you drop that one letter or omit that the....
HA! @ 'peace for him' -- Love this energy
I agree - it was a very thoughtful, lively, and dynamic exchange and intentioned efforts toward resolution and refinement, occurring in multiple threads and from different reference frame. Things were learned and the general effort is refined and persist. --- As a general observer with limited context(s) it does seem there might be an improvement to general 'NIP' process with respect to 'roll-out' of new features and their potentially-irrevocable implementation re:backwards compatibility for all clients and participants --- If there were an official 'Inaugral NIP- Implementation 24hr Community Review & Comment' window or something. --- To give everyone a chance to say, "Yep. That's what we all meant and agreed to and support. And a chance to also say, OH! You missed this bit here....' Kinda thing. --- Or so it seemed.
A 'classic' as they say - Ha! - this band definitely had something of a 'recipe' though they most certainly prepared it well. If you've not see also: 'Lightning Rod,' 'Smash,' 'Worst Hangover Ever,' 'The Kids Aren't Alright'
This man is ready for karate. This man might many things, among them "have," amongst "those," a sword.
Ha! -- When rent seekers that are merely stabby won't do to determine the fair value market price of a bench --- folks have questions is what I'm trying to say.
Assuming species persistence, under approximately similar conditions with respect to socioeconomic stability and biosphere viability, these engineering and innovation advances with respect to 'primary modes of interface' and the various iterations of their associated hardware, seem something of an inevitability.
Haven't tried 'Bluesky' -- though yeah, the open exchange I've encountered on nostr thus far has been .... refreshingly engaging and 'human' in it's quality. Content, participation growth, refinement; happening rapidly. -- Cool stuff.
I appreciate the ideas and considerations these contributions to community discourse engender and inspire. -- I absolutely can see and understand and appreciate the value of 'curated' communities and experiences, that said, if we're talking about developing a functional universal accord - I think there is also something of a slippery slope to consider -- random tangential thought ... a feudal warlord in 1130A.D. might have been able to create strife and discord for perhaps several hundred kilometers and/or miles ..however, generally speaking there was a more or less defined boundary of influence, and the attrition of time and the power of ideas will eventually inspire change. Now however ..50 idiots can kill the world ya know? ...Coulda written alot words to say that ..but that's what I'd have meant so...theres that piece too. HA! ..So yeah, definitely want to have cultivated, curated, free, and ideally civil communities and exchanges etc. -- And then to Amine's comment with respect to "Governance" broadly ... those are...nuanced and very important questions to consider. And no doubt will result in some incredible exchanges, conversations, and making of new friends -- good stuff.
Ha! Good point; it seems they likely might not, and by virtue of their quasi-monolithic nature, and the certainty of the 'influence' that, that much capital holds in 'privately purchased, albeit public halls' ...means that it would likely also be even easier to not only ...do...but get away with... --- Bitcoin fixes this.
I don't know that there is a broad enough awareness or understanding of what bitcoin even 'is' at this point to assign any particular "argument" to one group or another.
