I want to follow you.

A lot of us believe a period of imminent economic and societal change is upon us. Personally I feel it.

However the people who will carry us through this will not necessarily be the youth as many imagine, although their role will be pivotal.

Carrying the weight of this transition into the new world upon us, will be those who today are middle-aged and who manage to keep their health and vitality, grow their wisdom, and expand their influence over the coming decades.

Personally, I want to live to see the other side of this mess.

This is my "big why" for restoring my metabolic health through keto/carnivore.

All of us have different roles to play, so let's pull together and make this stuff happen.

If I spot a home that is about to be torn down in my neighborhood, I rade yard & dig up any cool plants that remain before they get bulldozed.

Two years ago I dug this bromeliad out of the 100+ yr old Arturo mansion, (like Arturo Fuente cigars) Elvis filmed two movie scenes in this home before it was bought by a builder for its lot that is a full city block. They are building 6 large homes on the lot today🤦🏻‍♂️

This bromeliad was completely dried out, but I brought it back to life and this is its first bloom.
