It definitely is a great tool for the people who can utilize it. It’s amazing how much efficiency can be brought on by utilizing a tools like ChatGPT.

i think it’s the opposite!

talking about my experience with it, i asked not only topics i would be curious about but also topics i know pretty well, and… it sucks at nuances and professional info, more like an amateur friend who can get you interested in something but couldn’t provide deep knowledge. or understanding. when a person realises they really want to explore the topic even further, they would seek more academic knowledge

and that’s exactly what those lang models as tools are created for

That’s a very good point.

Like you said, AI right now can be described as a Jack of all trades, but master of none.

What it does really well right now is the ability to complete tasks on our behalf. But information gathering seem to be its weak point.

What I am afraid of is when we start to take whatever AI gives us as an answer as correct.

I believe in one way or another, it will. There are people nowadays already relying on ChatGPT to finish their homework, essentially taking out the need for them to think.

ChadPolytechnic Relay down for good. Sorry folks I gave it my best effort. It worked for a few weeks thanks to #[0] , I tried to update the software, it didn’t work. I’ve spent hour*S* ….no no….Day*S*, troubleshooting and I’m tapped out. I’ve learned a ton, I’ve also learned ChatGPT is very helpful for programmers (but not helpful enough for me to keep this damn thing running), and that’s, that. 🤷‍♂️.

God bless you shadowy supercoders that make this stuff seem easy!

BTCapsule is an inheritance program I’ve been working on, and I would love to know what you think about it.

It’s written in Python and built for Android devices. You can buy a very cheap Android, and BTCapsule will function like a hardware "paper wallet".

It works by creating two paper wallets, and each wallet contains a raw transaction. The sender’s wallet is the one you will keep, and it allows you to redeem your Bitcoin at any time.

The receiver’s wallet can be copied to an SD card and given to your loved one. The raw tx is timelocked until the date you choose, and then the Bitcoin will be sent to their paper wallet.

This allows you to give your Bitcoin as an inheritance, while having full access to your Bitcoin at anytime. No multisig or third-parties are necessary.

Right now, BTCapsule is only available for Testnet, so you can use it on your current device without worrying about disabling the internet. You can get Testnet coins for free by searching “Bitcoin testnet faucet”.

I’m listening to Peter Schiff talk in a video… his thoughts about inflation, the fed, interest rates, etc all pretty much match with what bitcoiners think. He just can’t seem to get bitcoin 😂 I’m not sure if he’s trolling or not at this point, but he’s so close.
