Chicago, House Music, and Bitcoin 🤌

Freedom of speech is not unlimited. Here, the government would argue that providing access to an illegal weapon mod falls within the “imminent lawless action” test, which allows the government to restrict speech if the person speaking intends to incite a legal violation that is imminent and likely to occur. I think it would be hard to argue against the governments position on that one considering full auto weapons are illegal, and use of this file to create a full auto weapon is likely.

To be clear, I am not advocating for the government to do this. I’m just thinking through the worst case scenario.

There and works. Get zapped bitch ⚡️⚡️

Yeah, anything that threatens the USD is in the crosshairs so they will use every possible reason they can find to try to shut it down. One good reason for the government to now attack bitcoin even more is free and open access to a mod that makes your AR fully automatic, which is illegal. I can literally hear Elizabeth Warren in my head saying bitcoin should be banned because it’s being used to host illegal files that pose a threat to public safety.

I meant generally speaking, bad. As in, the government now has a reason to *attempt* censoring, regulating, or otherwise interfering with bitcoin. (Emphasis on attempt since their efforts would likely change nothing). What I’m saying is akin to what others were saying about child porn being inscripted. “Illegal” material stored on chain gives the government more leeway for attempting harsher regulation.

Unfortunately for me, my bitcoin isn’t the only thing they probed

I lost all my bitcoin in an alien accident :/

Followed #plebchain

Can you tell Joe to have Mallers, saylor, or Saifedean on to talk bitcoin

This gif never loaded for me :/

Oh boy that’s one rare sat you’re looking for, let me see if I have any of those in stock

The problem of followers disappearing from can be solved if clients implement local storage of your contact list. Each follower is tied to a certain relay that they technically followed you on. If you remove that relay that the following event is stored on, then their follow no longer appears. f you add that relay back, the follow will appear again.

They may not have fired a shot, but you were fired if you didn’t get a shot 💉💉

Just wait until you see the jpeg I’m about to release…idk if you’ll be able to resist bidding on it. Stay tuned.
