I was kinda dogging on myself for not doing a workout this morning. Then my sons both decided they needed to ride in the bike trailer, so I pulled an extra 80-90lbs or so behind my wife's bike. I think that counts right? #grownostr #dadlife
I haven't had that thought yet. Once I get more of it figured out it's probably a very good idea.

I listened to a bit while transplanting some things for my in-laws. Trump seems affable. Joe reigns him in a bit when he gets too far afield. It never got spicy or heated in what I listened to.
