I had a terrible morning scare, I fell in the shower landing full force on my injuried foot. I thought I retore my achilles that I had repaired two weeks ago. I would of been so defeated if that was the case. I had a post operation appointment in a couple days. Luckily the DR was able to move it up to today and alleviated my concerns. No retear but pain. Today was the first time I got to see my foot since surgery as the doctor removed the splint. Felt stiff and terrible but normal for this early stage of recovery. What a relief 🙏 #footstr #thankful
