My life changed for the better when I adopted the mindset “If it’s meant for me then it won’t miss me.”

This allowed me to let go of any attachment to people or things outside of me and just allow whatever it is to flow to me when the time was right.

It’s obvious to anyone that is paying attention that Bitcoiner’s are becoming more health conscious. I believe this value is instilled in the Bitcoin ethos. After all, what good is wealth, if you are unhealthy?

I have noticed a great many ppl announce that they are on better diets, whether it be carnivore, keto, etc. That is fantastic.

However, just considering what you put IN your body, and not considering what you put ON your body can be a fatal flaw in your plan.

Your skin is your largest organ, and absorbs 60-70% of what you put on it. Next time you are purchasing your hygiene products at the store, look at the ingredients of the product. You will find a bunch of ingredients that you can’t even pronounce, let alone know the definition.

Agree. I won't be renewing anything with them. I try to log in x to get better news but like you said it's all just junk mostly. I hope nostr gets more news we can use and trust all over the world as we go along.
