To be honest, I don't know how to view the global from a specific relay. Do you need to disable reading from every other relays every time before logging into the global?
Yes, when you come across content that bothers you, or upsets you, or makes you angry, or scares you, you want to exit the application and not enter it again. But fortunately most people are not (very) bad and they want the attention of the majority just like them.
Therefore, it’s easier not to look into Global and block/mute the bad ones, and the impressions from unmoderated Nostr shall be even more pleasant than from moderated Twitter or Facebook.

What if protect the change of LN address by linking it with NIP-05? If your keys are stolen, you transfer NIP-05 to another account, and the old one becomes almost useless (impersonating only) without the ability to change the address for zaps.
With Bitcoin wallets we are changing private keys whenever we want. In this case, if devs introduce some mechanism for freezing compromised accounts in terms of payments, changing the keys only threatens the loss of subscribers and old publications.
I don’t understand why so many people here think that using #Nostr is difficult. Getting a couple of npub/nsec (which can be explained as a couple login-password) and installing the client is not much different from any service with registration. And then, on the advice of #nostriches, install a LN wallet with an LN address (like email) and save it in your profile - what could be simpler?

What if set auction start price? If someone want to get on the list of participants, they can send public zap under the announcement with the amount of start price. After the auction participants refunds if they are not winners.
What if:
1. Announce an auction
2. Compile a list of participants
3. Start voting with the names of participants.
Whoever collects more satoshi under his name (from any wallets/nostriches) wins the auction. To other participants the deposits are returned.
What others? Who use Bitcoin AND Nostr? I think there are only a few thousand of them in the whole world...
