It's been recommended by many, but it wouldn't be feasible for this application. I need Ordinary Mortals to be comfortable with it. ^___^

It's also what Linux Weekly News ended up with.
Unfortunately, it might not be the right solution for my needs, as it may have some limitations in the area of data import (from benighted QuickBooks) and check printing formats.
I'm looking into it some more. :)
