I think the term UX is probably not the best, its needs more friendly terms and interface indeed... UX does stand for User Experience but that is a whole process... it includes not only the implementation of changes, based on statistics and user feedback, but then to actually monitor it to see results, then adjust accordingly... sorry this is my specialist subject from my past life. At the moment the current the predominant users are super technical, so the way it is works, in fact probably encourages those who will take part rather than the average person... but that's what creating apps/functionality is all about - targeting specific use cases of the technology to a specific group of users... hope that makes sense... I could chat about this all day (alongside magick and tarot of course) ππππ
