I can relate to this. The DEI hires I knew got put in the fast lane as a corporate priority , could not consistently perform, still got promotions and big pay days and somehow are still floundering. They benefit from a broken fiat system and chickens are coming home to roost. I just want my family to have a better life than me so still grinding in the fiat mines for now to stack more sats
Pretty negligent for a mayor to not even be present or rush back ASAP in the face of a catastrophic emergency. And since when did mayors start doing international visits? Elect people who care deeply about the community and make it their top priority to make life better for all their citizens first
