Stopped listening to her podcasts a while ago. Might get a lot of clicks but I choose an optimistic view of the world. We are winning with #bitcoin and our collective focus on preserving civil liberties!
Buying a house to become a homeowner is an instant gratifying decision as the mortgage takes 30 years to pay off so it’s pulling forward the ownership. It’s a liability and not an asset. Rentals are different since that actually generates cash flows but I’m not interested in effectively an LBO when I can get 45% CAGR without property management headache
Housing is a utility and a liability. It’s not an asset and the fiat debt system is designed to pull forward instant gratification of ownership. With a low time preference, renting and stacking sats is way better path!
GM! Fix the incentives, fix the money, fix the world, with the last one ultimately being the most important in the end!

What’s way more powerful, in my humble pleb opinion, is seeing small municipalities and local governments starting to think about #bitcoin as part of their budget and capital allocation strategy. I’ve always believed in small, limited and local government so while federal announcement would be cool for number go up, small scale wins are exciting too!
Isn’t it funny how we all eventually get to that point and realize 1) how we stupidly wasted fiat on less productive assets and 2) how we never have enough sats?
