Agree that we should NOT be seizing assets as the foundation for our reserve, but the rest of the exec order that generated so much excitement was acknowledgment of #bitcoin as store of value like digital gold, authorization to go buy more, and clear divide against shitcoins in separate stockpile. If we don’t see that as a win, we may be missing the forest for the trees

It is sometimes unimaginable how far we have come and yet how early we still are. Best way now for Howard Lutnick to start stacking is 1) sell stockpile shitcoins and buy #bitcoin, 2) roll DOGE savings into buying more bitcoin (budget neutral), and 3) sell whatever he was going to put in the US sovereign wealth fund and buy bitcoin there too. Individual stacking and custody remains the backbone of BTC, but boy can we take a moment to celebrate this monumental step!
Promises made, promises kept. This is a massive leap forward in the validation of #bitcoin as the apex asset (something we already knew). Self sovereignty and individual strategic reserves are still irreplaceable but we can celebrate this milestone!

Bit more nuanced than grouping millions of people but get the sentiment. My generation benefited from low interest rates and real estate appreciation but not all of us are loaded like the Boomers being referenced here as completely removed from reality. Our family believes in hard work, respect for others, freedom, and being open minded to a changing world. That’s why I’m still working, stacking, and trying to humbly learn #bitcoin 😊
What will be interesting to watch is if Gulf countries now come forward to disclose they own #bitcoin but we’re waiting for the US to announce first
