I got a cheap air popcorn popper for Christmas and a bag of raw coffee beans and that’s all I use… for the extract, all you need is a mason jar, some grade B vanilla beans from Amazon and some 80-90 proof vodka… chop up the beans, throw them in the jar and fill it to about half inch from the top with vodka… then we let it sit for 4-6 months shaking it once and a while until we strain the liquid and bottle it.
And success, 5 outta 5 tasks complete… and thankfully before this severe weather is supposed to hit here in the next couple hours… got two batches of beans roasted, one cooled with whiskey… and before you ask, I am testing it with cheap whiskey this time just to see what kind of strength and flavor it adds to it… other batch is going to be flavored with our homemade vanilla extract after the off gas period because we got a good result the last time I did that. #coffeechain #diy #gsd #grownostr
