I have discovered a way to do zaps on Apple without a node, alby or Zapple pay.
Make a home screen app for snort.Social via safari.
Download Breez Wallet and it will become default from my experience. I have WoS, Phoenix, Mutiny, etc and none work by default.
When you are using the web app, tap the zap button and it will pull up a QR or an option for "Open Wallet”.
Hit open wallet and it will take you to Breez to complete zap.
P.S. web app is slower and more difficult to navigate than local apps like Damus or primal, but the Zaps work like they did before Apple got a stick up it’s ass.

nice find! any workaround is 🤙 alternatively, the plebstr app for iOS is still working for zapping but it’s at least great to know we can always use a web app when the apple starts clamping down
