hasn’t been working for some time for the noobies without receiving a rejection message and requiring a followup email cofirming identity. and even then, who knows. anyone I tried onboarding with primal gave up before getting that far

that’s what I’m thinking, and why everyone I tried onboarding with primal got one of those responses

most likely you’ll just get the automated response like in the OP. curious if they are sending that to everyone now as a way to authenticate and screen new signups

it seems that no one is able to make a primal wallet any longer

not an ID but they do request personal information. it’s unfortunate that WoS is no longer available to those on the states

not only that but when you do provide the info you still seem to get a validation failure email. tried it with three separate friends in different locations and all received failure messages. it’s too bad because if nothing else, primal makes for an excellent simple custodial lightning wallet, and even more amazing as an onboarding tool to nostr

that was fun, maybe we’ll do it again but like from much higher up

I remember the onboarding process being much more frictionless a year ago. any solutions for the noobies getting [quick and easy custodial] lightning wallets with nostr set up?
