I like freedom. I like the orange coin. I'm a purveyor of sovereignty with nostr:nprofile1qqs9v5v8trgum5msr6cd82j3r77mhj94sk0adcp2232sdy65srusmdqpzdmhxue69uhhqatjwpkx2urpvuhx2ue0l39fwr

Notre Fan, after seeing your Bane cosplay.

Now, all you need is a cat.

Yeah, I tried several times. But they enjoy the game. And they're grown-ups. So, they'll deal with the consequences!

Also, they trade for more fiat, so they're usually happy with their earnings.

Argh! Some of my friends are starting to accumulate shitcoins again... They're rotating to alts, because that's where the money is, they say.

I've done that in the past. And it's exciting seeing new tickers, thinking about the moon bags, etc.

But I'm focused on #bitcoin now.

I may leave some short term gains on the table. And miss some fun with my friends. But I don't want to play that game anymore, especially with money I could spend on BTC.

Also, setting up Metamask for new networks and tokens isn't appealing at all. Same with following prices...

I've heard all the marketing around altcoins in 2017. And it's the same thing all over. It's tiring.

So, here's to separating money and state, growing the use of fuck you money, and having an optimistic view of the world 🥂

I like Nostr because it challenges many paradigms, including those of interfaces and user interactions, and forces those who build it to think critically outside the box.

I was working on a new design for Blowater by nostr:nprofile1qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnyv9kh2uewd9hj7qgewaehxw309aex2mrp0yhxymr0washgetj9eshqup0qy88wumn8ghj7mn0wvhxcmmv9uqzq6ua4ysvfdhvhukpyqv20gk3gw6dlhuc0rpmatrfuwdmt9uyrnrwufzavy and asked myself: the bubbles UI, typical of chat programs we are used to, is really the best and so inevitable solution?

Quick valuation:

- Pros: it makes clear the two parts in a conversation, both with the position and the colors.

- Cons: it reduces the width available space; it gives equal importance to the two parts, while the user is usually interested on the content by the other part; doesn't scale naturally to group chat.

This is an alternative solution that came out.

In linear structure with full width available; other part messages are prominent while their own are dimmed and collapsible to save space.

The line on the right permits to immediately spot the conversation flow/frequency, also on rapid scrolling.

Can adapt to groups putting a minimal profile pic near the date and customizing the right line with the main color picked from the pic itself.

What do you think?

Very hard to see who said what in your mockup.

Yesterday, I consolidated utxos. It cost me 100 USD. But I saved about 50 USD compared to what the cost was a few days ago.

So, nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm is down.

And the Nostree URL doesn't work with the lightning address.

Fortunately, the Nostree URL works with the npub address.

I have to consolidate utxos, got 100 inputs with less than 500,000 sats over the years. So, I'm going to try https://txfees.watch/ to try and save on the fees.

Because right now, they're over 150 USD... Ouch.

I was blocking the accounts, but now I'm reporting the ads. Not sure what's more efficient.

So, we're almoat all top 10 users. Noice.
