The first time I heard about Bitcoin, I didn't even come across the term 'Bitcoin'. Someone explained to me that it was a form of internet money, and I immediately dismissed it. However, some time later, I came across an article that wrote about this currency called Bitcoin. It explained how it was decentralized, limited to 21M, and beyond the control of the government. I was instantly hooked. It took me a few days to purchase some.
