Brett I. Phillips My initials are bip 🤔 I like to play devil’s advocate and take the contrary position.

PSA: Right now is a great time to add liquidity to your Phoenix wallet or splice in more funds.

Heading to Nashville, TN in a couple weeks. What are some good places I can spend some corn? #asknostr

I think that’s one of those things where if you do, you do, and if you don’t you don’t.

Never mind. I was looking at the wrong place. Looks like three consecutive blocks were found very quickly and didn’t fill up with transactions. However, I’m not that well versed in the different scenarios that could result in this pattern of blocks.

Are you looking at mempool.space or your own instance? While not all blocks have been full, there have been far more transactions than shown here.

“…blocks were becoming larger as the system became more popular, and the blocksize limit was close to being reached, which would result in full blocks.”

Every time I reread “The Blocksize War” I take a note on page one of the state of the mempool.

Last read, block height 795727, there were over 300k unconfirmed transactions on mempool.space and the low priority fee was 15 sat/vB.

BTC/USD: $30700

Tonight, as I read, block height 890179, Bitcoin trades around $81000. There have been quite a few blocks that were not full and the low priority fee is 1 sat/vB.

Tick tock…next block.

In practice, have you found that there are multiple “owners” of the same blob/hashes?

Run-on sentences really grind my gears.

What another great side feature of nostr. No more status of being logged in or read receipts. Did I leave if I still have my nsec?

Did I leave if I just used a different client? The uncertainty is great.

Kids are not learning how to learn currently, just how to pass standardized tests.

It would be great if you could get zapped everytime your code package was downloaded/included.
