Never mind. I was looking at the wrong place. Looks like three consecutive blocks were found very quickly and didnât fill up with transactions. However, Iâm not that well versed in the different scenarios that could result in this pattern of blocks.
Are you looking at mempool.space or your own instance? While not all blocks have been full, there have been far more transactions than shown here.

Last read, block height 795727, there were over 300k unconfirmed transactions on mempool.space and the low priority fee was 15 sat/vB.

Tonight, as I read, block height 890179, Bitcoin trades around $81000. There have been quite a few blocks that were not full and the low priority fee is 1 sat/vB.
