Both are computers, but the quality of the component and what you can "attach" to them is different. I am pretty sure that it will be easier to add one or two disk to a nuc than a rasp. If you are not going to use the "pins" in the rasp to do some domotic, I will go for a small factor pc instead of a rasp. Free market, choose what you want 😉

It's a line of small factor computers from Intel https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Next_Unit_of_Computing , but we call Nuc any small/compat pc. The relation price/quality/power in some case is better than buy a raspberry.

Try to get one metal/aluminum one, and analyze if it's better to buy a nuc or some fanless minipc, #minisforum are good examples, maybe 135usd.
