Actually there are some good things in the dirt for your skin… Organic matter, minerals, nutrients, trace elements, and other stuff in sure, but over all might be dangerous because soil also has bacteria, viruses, and fungi that I’m sure can cause infections or some kind of skin irritation. Also parasites like hookworms or other helminths in the soil that can penetrate the skin and cause health issues 🤢.

Some hard choices. I will see about some chemical that is more natural or kind of extract of good stuff.

Which brand of natural sunscreen would you recommend?

I know that banning seed oils from your diet should also help, believe me, I’m trying to, but it sure isn’t easy. So for now I’m gonna go with natural sunscreens.

Not sure which are good but dirt/mud should be strong natural sunscreen 😂 not very practical unless you are in jungle and no idea what chemicals dirt has.

I like how cars from more than ten years ago just work, rather than being a nanny to you while you drive.

Cars, TVs, and all sorts of devices just whine today about problems. We’ve gone backward in some sense.

I’m willing to support brands that make more physical stuff. Already doing that with my next car choice.

The leaves are slowly drying up and turning yellow and this is a sign that the garlic should be harvested. From the time you peel the flower until the leaves dry out, the garlic bulb grows by up to 25%, so it's worth waiting. #foodstr
