Nowdays not doing keto anymore for practical reasons and still packing on muscle. For me carbs has very little to do with that.
Energy source (mostly fat if keto, fat+carbs mix if not) + 200g protein/d + rest + progressive overhead w/o overtraining = buff.
Are you tracking your macros? Getting enough sleep? Lifting a bit more weight every week and/or adding some reps?

Posting under "real" names magnifies a lot of not so good human tendencies - follow the herd, self-censor, don't rock the boat, and tends to further strengthen one of the most widely spread delusions, that the ego is real and all-important.
Some argue that with anonymity people turn into assholes, but this has never been my experience. Seems to me that it's somewhat like money, in that it tends to magnify things - an anonymous idiot is more of an idiot, but anonymity is not to blame.
