(when figo (papa figo))

The whole ladder is a problem!

Globalists behind the scenes - get cozy together and plan to centrally plan/engineer entire societies, such is their hubris, they really believe they are the annointed ones, and they believe they know better than the billions of people their rules that no one asked for will impact and limit.

FATF - barks orders (sorry, "recommendations".. that get you blacklisted if you don't follow them " voluntarily".. lol) from above, unelected as you said.

Finance Ministers everywhere - kowtow to FATF and globalist elites, no participation, input or CONSENT from their own citizens.

Citizens - largely oblivious to all those shenanigans, too busy doomscrolling, on onlyfans and pornhub, whoring around, and so on and so forth (and let's not forget trying to survive also). Although in theory they have the power to push back against all this in a timely fashion, such is the depth of the apathy and ignorance that in reality it hasn't happened.

So yeah.... it's a shitshow.

Same. It's not impossible but it would be very hard. Most people seem to want safety (nanny State), not freedom (you fuck up, there are consequences).

I disagree that Trump has no principles, but you yourself implied that Ron Paul would have been a more capable leader than Trump (and I agree).

Logically, that means there ARE better and worse alternatives, even if the system isn't perfect (far from it).

That was all I was pointing out! With all its faults, there IS a difference between a Ron Paul and a Joe Biden, because people are people and people are difference.

Even a staunch individualist must be able to appreciate and recognize great leadership and vision. Rallying behind such a character does not deny individualism and taking responsibility for our life, it becomes easier for any one of us to do that if we all push in the same direction, because there is strength in numbers.

The truth of that is undeniable, although I kinda prefer that it wasn't (maybe you are the same), since I like doing my own thing.

But look at us (nostr/bitcoin etc), that is exactly what brought us all here. We were doing our own thing, reached our own conclusions and understanding, and then it turned out there were millions of others who ended up in the same place.

And we banded together, because alone we're easy to pick off one by one, as a group we can push back effectively.

It is what it is..

Sure, I'm big on freedom too. But it's harder or easier to do freedom depending on who's at the helm of the behemoth that exists whether we like it or not.

And you may say (and I agree 100%) that our freedom is a birthright, so attempting to restrict it is immoral and unethical... there are politicians who agree with you and I, they are a minority at the moment, probably because people like you & I and I guess most of us here want power to change ourselves and our circumstances, not to rule and lord over others.. so we have little interest in politics.

Unfortunately though, politics has a lot of interest in us..

I get that point, but by the same token it's also morally questionable to forfeit your share to steer it in another direction.

You can legitimize it AND seek alternatives and doing your own thing. They are not mutually exclusive.

Nah. That's just black and white thinking.

You can recognize there are better and worse people for the job whilst still believing salvation and/or the answer™ ultimately does not lie in politics.

Ron Paul would have been a better President than Trump, and Trump was and will be again a better president than Biden.

That does not invalidate the fact that the system is heavily corrupted and most likely impossible to salvage at this point.

Is the decline going to be the same rate or even nearly the same with Trump there vs Joe Puppet or Kamala or Big Mike?

Perhaps people understand this. Yes, that the best America has to offer now is Trump is very telling, but don't think for a second that Trump and Biden & co are on the same level, they're not.

No music or audiobooks or podcasts, when lifting I work on the mind-muscle connection, when cardio I adapt the walking meditation concept to the running/cycling/swimming.

This is the way™.

Discounting everything that falls outside your narrowly defined boundaries without even studying & understanding why people far smarter than either of us bothered creating the 'shitcoin' is not the answer.
