The only thing I have that's close to that, personally, was in January 2005, the plane I was on, from Chicago to DC, with my Mom and sister to go to the protest of Dubya's inauguration, was arrested. We were first kept on the runway for hours while the Chicago police, TSA and FBI were on and off the plane. Then we were kept at the gate, guarded by Chicago cops and K9 units for a few more hours.

And they're making it even harder. For instance, so many stores are going "cashless." This should be illegal and is in Massachusetts.

It's expensive to have a checking account. If you don't have a debit card, you can't purchase at many stores and that list of stores is growing. If you need food and you use a debit card and the cost is more than you have, you get a charge for going over, a charge for going negative. You get paid and you make less than you now owe the bank. Etc

I live in a pretty quiet area on the north side of Chicago. Building is fairly nice since there are new building super and manager. The only problem I've had here is the people on the first floor who are always leaving their garbage on the little deck. Usually not even covered. Last bunch has literally been there for 2 months. Mice and rats are hanging around.
