Necessity is the mother of adoption

Few understand that the real war is analog/centralized powers vs digital/decentralized individuals.

i read one of his books. There were a lot of good geopolitical insights.

I could even take his statement about bitcoin as a joke. But he is unwatchable now. I also don't think i would read anything written past 2016.

However, I start to call into question his negative outlook for China... I mean it still seems pretty negative for their population. But i'm hoping the power of positive thinking might prop up their civilization.

At some point his thinking stopped reflecting observations of the world and started conforming to some nebulous religion that people who are closed to government military funding sources sort of maintain. Especially since he's GenX and probably participate in any of the wars.

I'm sorry if you're GenX, and I hurt your feelings. But GenX really got to check their privilege.

I would argue most were never orange-pilled to begin with.

1. Old boss who was already rich - 5btc (still has it)

2. Ex business partner - 10btc (lost it trading, does forex now)

3. Friend from college - 2btc (sold at 20k to help with his dads medical bills)

4. Friend from high school - 4btc (lost it trading, later tried to hit on my wife)

5. Friend from high school - 7btc (spent it on partying)

6. Wife’s friend’s husband - 3btc (sold it all and bought ethereum)

7. Cousin in law - 1.2btc (sold half at 40k to pay debts)

8. Father - 2btc (died 18 months later)

9. Friend from college 2btc - (still has it, planning to sell at a million)

10. Wife’s coworker - 10btc (sold at 4k, later got into bcash)

Is this guy still alive?

If you understand that Central Banks can print money out of thin air you own Bitcoin. It’s that simple.
