3 month

Mind, Body, and Soul Challenge

1st part you are what you take in

Only eat at home

Eat more fruits and vegetables

Lower carb intake

Lower sugar intake

Drink water, work your way up to 8 glasses per day

Try not to eat more than 2000 calories per day for woman, 2500 for men. No less than 1200 starvation isn't good for you, fasting can be though.

Have a window where you stop eating before bed(unless health requires otherwise)

Try to eat balanced meals, you are what you eat.

2nd part you are what you do

Look up cognitive worksheets to Improve your mental health, I will attach ones in the comments

Start a 5 minute workout routine, increasing 5 minutes every week until you hit 30 minutes. Try to work out in the morning it will wake you up and set off feel good endorphins

Only weigh yourself a maximum of once a week, first thing in the morning. I suggest measuring your body bi weekly to track true process. I'd measure biceps, chest, waist, hips, and thighs. Keep track to measure progress. When you first start working out you can gain weight due to muscle growth before you lose it. Measurements allow you to bypass this.

Lower intake of cigarettes, alcohol, weed, caffeine or any other substance. Start slowly, go day by day.

Ask yourself what you want your life to look like in 5 years, and how you would achieve that.

Make to do list: daily, weekly, monthly, yearly etc. I will post examples of to do list in comments.

3rd part you are what you think

Be nice to yourself, positive self talk Only.

Keep hope and faith the sun will come out tomorrow, and if not the next day.

Start loving your soul by Only allowing positive messages in. (Don't be blind to what's going on) avoid gossip, reality TV (it's fake) avoid people focusing on negatives.

Treat others as if they were you. On your death bed you will remember all of the choices you have made, and you will feel bad or good about yourself depending on your actions now.

Make a video of how you feel before you start this process, and one after hashtag it #MindBodySpiritChallenge
